Stretching

A stretch session can be a session on its own or add on to massage. Stretch session is done one on one, passively, in a private room with consultation to best meet your needs and expectations.

A shorter session would be ideal for one area (ie, a hip or shoulder) or major muscle groups. A longer session would be idea for addressing total body, where all muscles and joints would be treated.

Benefits of stretching include:

  • improve sports performance
  • improve flexibility and mobility
  • reduce tension and fatigue in muscles
  • decrease recovery time between activities

Instructions for stretching at home can also be provided.

To prepare for your appointment:

  • Wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely.

Cost:

  • 60 minutes: $90
  • 30 minutes: $45
  • 15 minutes: $25
