A stretch session can be a session on its own or add on to massage. Stretch session is done one on one, passively, in a private room with consultation to best meet your needs and expectations.
A shorter session would be ideal for one area (ie, a hip or shoulder) or major muscle groups. A longer session would be idea for addressing total body, where all muscles and joints would be treated.
