A Pilates Reformer session is low-impact, full-body workout that incorporates slow and controlled movements and the use of breath to strengthen and stretch your entire body. It is a movement system designed to better a person’s everyday life and well-being.
The Reformer, springs and exercises can be easily adjusted to assist and/or challenge all fitness levels, all ages, all sizes. It is easily adaptable for people with pathologies or injuries. The reformer helps individuals achieve proper body alignment in an organized way.

- Wednesday afternoons 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Thursday mornings 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Pilates packages
- Single private lesson = $95
- Intro Package of 2 lessons (one time only) = $150 ($75 ea)
- Package of 4 lessons (expires 1.5 months) = $320 ($80 ea) -Must be used within 6 weeks
- Package of 8 lessons (expires 3 months) = $600 ($75 ea) – Must be used within 12 weeks
